Cancellation Policy Your appointments are very important to us. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of [30% of the service fee]. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Clients who arrive more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged a cancellation fee.
